What is the No-Asshole rule?
The No Asshole Rule is our commitment to maintaining a space where individuals treat one another with decency and respect. If you act like an asshole—by our sole judgment—you will no longer be welcome here. There are no exceptions.
Behaviors That Qualify as "Being an Asshole"
The following actions and behaviors, whether directed at individuals, groups, or the community as a whole, will result in immediate termination of your access to our platform:

Rudeness: This includes insults, personal attacks, name-calling, or any other form of communication intended to demean or belittle others.

Arrogance: Behaviors that reflect a superiority complex, including dismissing others’ contributions, condescension, or monopolizing conversations.

Hurtfulness: Posting harmful, inflammatory, or offensive comments, including but not limited to hate speech, discriminatory language, or harassment.

Name Misuse: Calling someone by anything other than their name, misrepresenting their name, or deliberately misspelling their name to annoy or demean them.

Misgendering: Refusing to use someone’s stated pronouns, misgendering them, or otherwise disregarding their identity.

Dishonesty: Misrepresentation of facts, deliberate misinformation, or malicious attempts to deceive others.

Disruption: Intentionally derailing discussions, spamming, trolling, or engaging in other actions that interfere with productive dialogue.

Unconstructive Criticism: Feedback is always welcome, as long as it's respectful. Offering criticism that serves no purpose other than to undermine or belittle, without providing meaningful or constructive input is not.

Hostililty: Reacting aggressively to differing opinions or legitimate moderation actions.

Intimidation: Threatening, bullying, or otherwise creating an environment of fear or discomfort.
Enforcement
The No Asshole Rule is enforced strictly and without exception. Behaviors listed above will result in:
Immediate Termination: Your account will be suspended or permanently banned without prior warning. You will be issued a refund or prorated refund for the remainder of services that were not rendered.
Denial of Service: You will be prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing our platform in any capacity.
No Appeals
This is a zero-tolerance policy. Decisions regarding violations are final and not subject to review or appeal.
