Effective April 15, 2025, JournalClub.io offers a free tier of content for evaluation purposes. Accordingly, all purchases made on or after this date are considered final and non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to review the freely available content prior to purchase to determine suitability. By completing a transaction on or after this date, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
For purchases made prior to April 15, 2025:
For purchases completed before April 15, 2025, JournalClub.io provided a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the purchaser was not fully satisfied, they were eligible to request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the original transaction date, subject to the terms outlined below.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund (Applies Only to Pre-April 15, 2025 Purchases) To initiate a refund request for an eligible purchase made prior to April 15, 2025, the purchaser must contact support@journalclub.io via email within thirty (30) calendar days of the original transaction. The request must be submitted from the same email address used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed within one (1) to two (2) business days of receipt of a valid request. No explanation or justification is required to obtain a refund for eligible transactions.
Policy Regarding Exchanges JournalClub.io does not offer exchanges or substitutions for products or services purchased. As the services offered are digital and unitary in nature, there is no alternative product for exchange.
Reporting Unauthorized Transactions If you have identified a charge from JournalClub.io on your credit or debit card statement that you believe to be unauthorized and you do not have an account with us, please notify us immediately at support@journalclub.io. In cases of suspected card theft or fraud, we will report the incident to our payment processor and to the applicable card networks. We also advise that you notify your card issuer or financial institution directly to take appropriate protective action.
