The policy is very simple: If you're not 100% satisfied, then we don't want your money. If you want a refund, you'll generally get it. That being said, we do have a few common-sense restrictions to prevent abuse. Please follow the instructions below to get yourself a refund.
If this isn't the best newsletter you've ever subscribed to, please email us at [email protected] within the first 30 days, and we'll issue you a full refund.
If you're not satisfied with the newsletter but you signed up more than 30 days ago, please email us at [email protected] and let us know why you're not satisfied. These requests are approved or rejected on a case-by-case basis. In most of these cases we can offer you a prorated refund based on your sign up date. Please include as much information as you can when emailing.
We offer refunds, but not product/service exchanges, as there is nothing else to exchange them for.
If you have noticed unauthorized charges from JournalClub.io on your credit or debit card statement (but you don't have an account with us) please contact us at [email protected]. Please note: if you report to us that your credit card was stolen, we will relay this report to our payment processor and the relevant card networks so they can cancel or block your card as they deem appropriate. That being said, we highly recommend that you also report the theft to your bank or card issuer yourself.
