The policy is very simple: If you're not 100% satisfied, then you'll get your money back. That being said, we do limit this policy to 30 calendar days from purchase, to prevent abuse. Please follow the instructions below to get yourself a refund.
Just email [email protected] within the first 30 days, and we'll issue you a full refund. You don't need to explain why, just state that you'd like a refund and we'll process it within 24 hours. Please make sure you're emailing from the same address you used when you made your purchase.
We offer refunds, but not product/service exchanges, as there is nothing else to exchange the service for.
If you have noticed unauthorized charges from JournalClub.io on your credit or debit card statement (but you don't have an account with us) please contact us at [email protected]. Please note: if you report to us that your credit card was stolen, we will relay this report to our payment processor and the relevant card networks so they can cancel or block your card as they deem appropriate. That being said, we highly recommend that you also report the theft to your bank or card issuer yourself.
