A Tour Recommendation System Considering Implicit and Dynamic Information

Today's article comes from the journal of Applied Sciences. The authors are Tsai et al., from Yuan-Ze University in Taiwan. In this paper they build an itinerary-recommendation system that functions like a hotel concierge: It asks you where you've been so far, and puts together a plan for all the other places you should go.
