A virtual reality intervention to reduce death anxiety and stress in adults: examining the effect of a near-death experience simulation

Today's article comes from the Frontiers in Virtual Reality journal. The authors are Khandan et al., from Texas A&M University. In this paper, they're attempting to build a VR system that can reduce death anxiety in patients. It's a bit like exposure-therapy, but with a twist.
