An empirical study on performance comparisons of different types of DevOps team formations

Today's article comes from the Frontiers in Computer Science journal. The authors are Korkmaz et al., from Kadir Has University, in Turkey. In this paper, they are trying to answer a fairly simple question: "How should DevOps teams be organized?". But that's a bit of a loaded question, isn't it? What do you mean "DevOps team"? And what do you mean "DevOps"?
