Today's article comes from the journal Telecom. The authors are Singh et al., from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, in India. In this paper they propose a new routing protocol for intermittent wireless networks. It's called EGT-RL. The idea is to give each node the ability to learn from its own experience. Then, let those individual judgments aggregate into a network-wide shift towards more efficient and safer behavior, all without any central coordination.
