Today's article comes from the Materials for Renewable and Sustainable Energy journal. The authors are Mtashobya et al., from the Mkwawa University College of Education, in Tanzania. In this paper, they demonstrate a way to make clean-burning ethanol from discarded fruit rinds that would otherwise be left to rot.
