Today's article comes from the journal of Business and Politics. The authors are Rangel-Padilla et al., from Tecnologico de Monterrey University, in Mexico. In this paper they're examining how a Mexican program called Prosoft (which was a federal initiative to boost the software sector), played out in two different Mexican states: Nuevo Leon and Puebla.
