Encoding molecular structures in quantum machine learning

Today's article comes from the journal of Machine Learning: Science and Technology. The authors are Boy et al., from the University of Cambridge, in the United Kingdom. In this paper, they are attempting to encode molecules directly onto quantum circuits, so that a learning algorithm can operate on the chemistry itself, instead of a proxy representation.
