Multi armed bandit based resource allocation in Near Memory Processing architectures

Today's article comes from the journal of Memories - Materials, Devices, Circuits and Systems. The authors are Pandey et al., from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. In this paper, they have taken a multi-armed bandit framework and applied it to task scheduling. But not for any ordinary kind of system, this is specifically for memory-centric architectures, where compute units are built directly into 3D-stacked memory.
