Today's article comes from MDPI's journal of Drones. The authors are Titu et al., from North South University, in Bangladesh. In this study, the authors build a fire-detection drone. They start by training a model on images of fire, then load their model onto a Raspberry Pi, strap it to a drone and then set real fires to test it out. Let's see how well that worked.
